- Check if your Wi-Fi is active or not.
- Make sure everything on your router is connected, as it should.
- Make sure you are using the correct Wi-Fi connection.
- Check the lights on your router to see if any look unusual or different than green. You can use your router’s manual to learn what each light means and how to troubleshoot any problems.
- Connect an Ethernet cable to your device and check if the connection is strong again. If it works, then the problem is with the wireless signal.
